1. Terms and Conditions
Pgtech AB applies both the Consumer Purchase Act and the Distance Contracts Act. To complete an order, the customer must be of legal age, 18 years of age, or have a guardian's consent. Customer refers to a natural person.
2. Ordering
Orders for Pgtech AB's products can be made on the website www.pgtecheurope.com, over the phone or via e-mail. Incoming orders are answered with a written order confirmation via email.
Orders are binding on Pgtech AB's side only after order confirmation has been received by the customer.
Pgtech AB reserves the right to refuse a customer purchase. All orders are considered binding. If you have placed an order by mistake, you must therefore contact us immediately.
Should an item not be in stock, we will contact you and note the remaining stock. When we receive the backlisted item, we will send it to you. If you do not want the backlisted item, you can always contact Pgtech AB and cancel it.
3. Prices
All prices can be shown with or without the 25% VAT and are stated in Euro. If you want to see the prices excluding or including VAT, you can choose on the top right corner of the page, Pgtech AB reserves itself for VAT increases and other price changes that we cannot control. The shipping fee, a potential cash on delivery fee or invoice fee is then added.

5. Delivery time
Normal delivery time is 5-10 working days.
Products manufactured by us to order are normally 3-5 weeks.
Deviations may occur. In such cases, we contact the customer. Pgtech AB cannot be held responsible for delivering sold out or expired product. The shipping cost is always visible in the shopping cart.
Order acknowledgment is obtained upon order.
The purchase can of course be canceled free of charge in the event of delays. This is done by contacting us.
6. Delivery delay
If a delivery delay occurs for any reason, we will contact you.
Of course, we will do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, you have the right to cancel the purchase in the event of extensive delivery delays.
Situations may arise that make it impossible for us to complete an order, for example if our suppliers cannot fulfill their commitments to us. Pgtech AB reserves the right to exempt itself from compensation to the customer in such situations or in the event of a delivery delay.
Important! In rare cases, shipping companies neglect letters and packages. We do not replace these.
7. Shipping
The shipping cost for the current product is visible at checkout.
Costs for customs/export may be added.
Actual shipping cost is added on bulky/heavy items.

8. Guarantee
We want all our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. Please contact us if you have a problem with a product.
Normally, the customer is responsible for shipping costs to the service workshop. The receipt/invoice for the goods paid for is valid as a warranty card. Therefore, always save the receipt/invoice during the warranty period.
9. Open Purchase/Right of withdrawal
Pgtech AB applies the Distance Contracts Act. This means that you, as a customer, are entitled to a 14-day right of return, without any particular reason. The item must be returned in an unchanged condition and in the original packaging. Pgtech AB reserves the right to charge the customer if something is missing, for example an instruction manual. The customer is responsible for return costs. Returns sent against cash on delivery will not be redeemed.
For returns after 14 days, you will be charged a return fee of 30% of the item's value.
Please contact us before returning the product. As soon as we have received the item back, you will receive a Credit Invoice to use for your next purchase.
10. Complaint
Pgtech AB applies the Consumer Purchase Act in the event of complaints. We hereby will replace incorrect or broken products at no extra cost. Remember not to redeem packages with visible errors that may have affected the condition of the item you ordered. Issue a complaint directly at the delivery point and ask them to send the package back to Pgtech AB and write the reason for the return on the package. Then email info@pgtecheurope.com to inform about the complaint.
11. Unclaimed packages
If for some reason you do not redeem your package, you must pay the costs of shipping and any cash on delivery fee.
Keep in mind that the time taken to collect an unclaimed package has been shortened to 14 days! Unredeemed packages are charged a fee, currently 10 euros. The fee is charged in arrears. In the event of non-payment, the claims are unconditionally forwarded to the debt collection service. No exceptions are made.
12. Security
We will under no circumstances disclose any personal data without the consent of the person in question. The same also applies to email addresses.
13. Reservation
Pgtech AB reserves itself against inaccuracies in the content and price list on the website.
14. Cookies
According to the Electronic Communications Act, which entered into force on 25 July 2003, all visitors to a website must be notified if cookies are used. When you visit this website, cookies are saved on your computer. These cookies are so-called session cookies and are used to keep track of your login (if you are logged in) and your shopping basket when you shop. Session cookies are not stored for a long time on your computer, but disappear when you close your browser.
