As a private consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you can register your request via our website. Once your request has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation that we have received your notification. Please note that this confirmation does not mean that your return has been approved. We will contact you with further instructions regarding the return process.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in its original condition. If the product has been handled more than necessary to determine its nature, characteristics or function, a deduction for any loss in value may be made.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to customised or specially manufactured products, or to other products that are exempt from the right of withdrawal under applicable law. Purchases made by companies or other legal entities are not covered by the statutory right of withdrawal.
