Orange LED DRL Kit for VOLVO FH5 from 2021 onwards

A complete kit with everything you need to replace the position lights (DRL) in the front headlights of your Volvo FH from 2021 or newer.

This kit turns your DRL Orange.

Compatible with both Halogen and LED Headlights.

Installation instructions:

Tilt the cabin

Remove the plastic covers behind the headlights

Take off the heatsinks from the headlights

Disconnect the connectors from the original light source.

Remove the light source from the heatsinks (using a small screwdriver or knife)

Clean the surface of any thermal paste/grease, ensuring it's completely clean.

Apply the included thermal paste in a thin, even layer where the light source will be positioned.

Press the new light source firmly onto the heatsink

Fold the wings on the board, as indicated by arrows, to secure the board to the heatsinks

Connect the transmitter

Reassemble all parts
